| Description / विवरण | Image of two armed Surya in standing posture wearing boots and holding full bloom lotus in his both the hands, he is adorned with a kirit crown, kundalas, necklace, armband, girdle and a uttariya reaching below up to his knee. God is flanked by flying Gandharva from either side. His face, fingers of the hand and front part of the boots are partly mutilated. The face of one of the Gandharva is completely blunted. Unusually, the dagger shown in the uttariya hanging Garment which generally depicted in the waist. His two wives Nichhubha and chhaya shown on each side standing in tribhanga holding chouri and lotos flower in her hand. His attendant danda and Pingal are also shown at the lower end. |
