| Description / विवरण | Seated image of Lakshmi-Narayan mounting on their vehicle Garuda in lalitasana posture. Two arm goddess Lakshmi is shown seated on the left lap of the Vishnu. Both deity wears mukut, necklaces, garlands, ear-rings, armlets, wristband and anklets. Vishnu is holding a chakra in left back hand and the frontal left hand resting below the breast of the goddess. Right back hand of Vishnu is holding mace and the frontal right hand is holding a conch. Goddess Lakshmi wears a mukut with usual ornaments and a sari as a lower garment. Right hand of Lakshmi is resting on the shoulder of the Vishnu and left hand is holding a pdmakalika lotus bud . Brahma and Shiva depicted above the shoulder of the couple deity, a couple devotee attendants in standing posture on either side near the feet of main deity and female devotees or donor shown either side with folded hands anjalimudra on the pedestal. Garuda adorned with his usual ornaments shown in flying posture. |
