| Description / विवरण | Vishnu standing in samapada sthanakaposture on a decorated pedestal. He holds chakra and sankha in both his upper right and left hands respectively. He kept his left hand in varada-mudra and the right hand in abhaya-mudra. He wears purnoruka tied with ornamental waist-band and mekhala with tassels hanging between the legs and lateral sides, anklets, pattas, armlets, wristlets, yajnopavita, kanthahara, long necklace with hanging pendent, kundalas, tiruchurnaon the forehead and ornamental kiritamakuta. He has oval face, long pointed nose, thick lips, lenticular eyes and fleshy cheeks. There is an ornamental prabhamandala. |
