| Description / विवरण | Dwarapala standing in dwibhanga posture holding a battle-axe with a long shaft in his left hand. The right hand is broken at the elbow. His combed hair is neatly done into arch shaped top bun and tied with a decorated band over the fore head. Coiled hair locks flowing on either side over the shoulders. He wears patrakundala to his left ear and the other one is not clear. He wears tight kanthamala, beaded haras and ardhoruka tied with waist band extended upto the thighs. Chest portion is mutilated. He has round face, thick lips, long nose and slightly bulged eyes. The lower portion below the knees is broken. |
