Description / विवरण	Deepa Lakshmi Goddess with lamp standing in samapada sthanaka posture on an inverted damaru shaped padmapitha rested over a square decorated pedestal. She holds a circular big size wick lamp with her hands. Her combed hair is drawn upwards and made into a high bun. It is tied with petaled band on the forehead and hanging tassels on either side. She wears kundalas, keyuras, wristlets, hara with circular pendent, anklets, kucha-bhandha and Purnoruka. On the back side of the icon a long plaited tail, a circular ornamental device with a crossed mark within and a long tassel hanging between buttocks are seen prominently. She has round face, long pointed nose, wide thin lips, open eyes, thick eye brows and fleshy cheeks.
