| Description / विवरण | Kirtimukha lion is shown with wide open mouth projected upper teeth, bulged eye balls, leaf shaped ear lobes, beaded tilaka on the forehead and projected tongue shown in beaded and banded designs. A pair of kneeled persons on either side probably emerging out from the mouth. They have shown wearing beaded kanthahara, kundalas, anklets, wristlets, ardhoruka tied waist-band , flowing thick tassels over the thighs, a circular shield in his left hand and sword in his raised right hand. The figure on the left side is a female showing round face long snubbed nose, bulged eyes, thick lower lip, smiling face, thick eyebrows and fleshy cheeks, her combed hair is drawn side words and made into side bun. Chest portion and left hand broken. The figure on the right side is male figure, having square face, thick lips, bulged eyes mutilated and fleshy cheeks. His combed hair is drawn backwards and tied with thick beaded band design on the forehead. |
