| Description / विवरण | A four armed sampada and sthanka nimbate Visnu wearing a high kirtimukuta. The two back arms raised upto the shoulders carry gada and cakra. The lower two arms are extended down the waist and carry in them the attributes of sankha and padma. The image is placed on a pancharatha pedestal and the pratirathas are treated as pilasters, and show nara simba and Varaha incarnations on the top. The Karanas of the frame show makara heads over the rampant sardulas. The Matsya and the kurma incarnation of Visnu are seen in natural forms. |
