| Description / विवरण | This is a eight handed image of Tara, seated in padmasana on a double petalled lotus pedestal. Her face and breasts are eroded. On his two uplifted right hands hold a rosary and a lotus stalk, where lotus is disappeared. Major two hands are in dhyana mudra and another right is in Varada mudra. Attributes of the uplifted left hand is not identified. She is adorned with Jata mukuta. She is wearing ornaments like long earrings, armlets, anklets, bangles, necklaces. Lower part of the pedestal is depicted with some female figures and flora motifs. Halo is oblong in shape behind the head of the image. |
