| Description / विवरण | This terracotta depicts a massive torso in dull red colour. However only the front portion of this exquisitely carved piece exists at the moment. The torso is adorned with carved and appliqued jewellery. The extant figure must have been visualized as a huge terracotta sculpture in the round resembling stone sculptures and probably decorated a temple as a figure flanking the doorway or as one of the subsidiary deities. |
