| Description / विवरण | This small circular plaque portrays a man clad in a pleated dhoti or lower garment and turban. The figure is adorned with armlets, a necklace with a large pendant and heavy bangles. The posture of the dancing figure in rather awkward and plaque with similar stance has been stratigraphically located in layers pertaining to 1st and 3rd centuries A.D. at Chandraketugarh. |
