Description of Building/ Structure/Site
इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण |
The original building was gutted in 1980s and therefore the Gurudwara had to be modified and reconstructed on the same layout and consists of a large hall in the ground floor where the palki sahib or Guru Granth is placed in the middle. The first floor consists of a large gallery surrounding the central elevated palki sahib which people use during important days to listen to path or sermons. At the rear of the building is the nishan sahib which is said to be as tall as the gurudwara itself. There is an accommodation building being constructed within the same complex. |
