It is a double-storey structure built on a rectangular plan. It has entrance from a projected porch. There is a courtyard having colonnaded verandah in all the directions. The central multi-storey tower has ventilated lecture rooms with high ceilings. The tower is hypo-stylistic and creates a grand view. The exterior has brick surface without plaster. It has a plain, flat roof and rectangular windows. |
