| Description / विवरण | A sculpture representation of female dancer. There is a complete deflection of the different parts of the body, head, torso and the legs, the three horizontal sutras form the vertical median or brahmasutra resulting in a postsure of atibhanga and a dance movement which may be termed as ardhacandra. The right knee of the dancer is thrown out in urdhava janu and is extended sideways. The other though ksipta is one the bramasthana. One hand swings across the body in lata and the other is held near the ear probably in tripataka mudra. |
